There are two service plans and two payment options our clients may choose from.
Service Options |
| Premium Service: This plan covers the basic claims service. Clients simply pay the per claim rates according to the volume of claims submitted each month. The various rates are described in the table below. |

| Premium Plus Service:This plan includes the Premium Services as described above but also includes access to our Practice Management Software. Additional fees for this plan include a one time set-up fee of $250 and monthly web access fee of $150. With the practice management software you now have access to more services such as receiving Electronic Remittance Advice, Statements and Reports. |

Payment Options
Option 1: Pay as You Go
LESCO will invoice you every two weeks for claims submitted. An Account Management Fee of 5% plus $0.5 additional per invoice sent will be included.
Option 2: Pay-In-Advance*
Avoid the Account Management Fee by paying for your monthly claims in advance.
Based on the number of claims you plan to submit, simply determine the “per claim” rate from the table above. Calculate your payment amount and enter the amount in the "Other Payment" section on the Make a Payment Page –and You’re Done!
Example: 50 claims per month X $3.70 per claim = $185*
Shortage: Unused claims do not roll over, i.e. if you pay for 100 (at the discounted rate) and only submit 50. The remaining 50 will not be credited to your account.
**Overage: LESCO will honor the per claim rate for all overage, i.e. if you pay for 50 (at the higher rate) but actually submit 200. We will invoice you for 200 (at the discounted rate) and credit your advance payment to your invoice, however, you will be charged the Account Management fee for the invoicing. |
