How long have we been in business? LESCO Solutions, LLC has been billing for medical professionals for 2 years.
How long does it take to get the claims billed out after we receive them? Claims are usually submitted the same day they are received. Exceptions are those claims received towards the end of our business day. At which time these claims will be submitted the following business day.
Is there a start up fee? Only those clients who sign up for the Premium Plus Plan, which provides access to our web based practice management software will incur a $250 start-up fee and a $150 monthly web access fee.
Otherwise, the only additional cost you incur is for reports, statements and collection letters.
Is there a long term contract? No. However, LESCO does require each client to sign a Business Agreement per HIPPA policy. The agreement can be terminated by either party with a 30 day written notice of cancellation.
Do I have to submit a minimum number of claims to LESCO? No. LESCO encourages and welcomes start-up and small practices. Please do not feel your practice is too small.
LESCO will work with you so you can focus on what matters, your patients. Regardless the size, LESCO will handle your billing needs.
How should providers provide you the information for billing? The best way to submit patient and billing information is by completing our Online Billing Form, which can be accessed under the Forms Link to he left. LESCO will accept secure e-mail with the information in the body of the email. Or you may choose to fax or mail your forms, however, they CANNOT be handwritten.
